From first conversation to final delivery, every BOULDERING® structure follows a collaborative, site-responsive design process. Our team in Melbourne designs, engineers, and manufactures each structure to meet strict Australian Standards, with quality control and sustainability embedded at every stage. We work closely with landscape architects, councils, project partners and installers to deliver solutions that are safe, durable, visually engaging, and integrated into their setting.

1. Site Knowledge.
We begin by assessing the site, users, budget, and goals. This stage is collaborative - bringing together our team, distributors, installers, and the client to build a clear understanding of project needs and possibilities.

2. Concept & Collaboration.
Design options are explored with all stakeholders in mind. We review structure types, layouts, custom opportunities, and site integration - balancing visual impact with climbing function, while drawing on insights from our partner network.

3. Structural Design & Route Setting.
Once approved, we move into precision engineering. Our in-house team route-sets for all ages and abilities to guarantee inclusivity, replay value, and scalable challenge - always with an eye toward smooth installation and long-term use.

4. Local Manufacturing.
Every structure is built at our Melbourne facility, fully assembled and quality-checked before delivery. Local manufacturing cuts environmental impact from shipping, supports Australian jobs, and ensures compliance with strict Australian Standards through tight quality control.
